How long do you take to do your makeup?
A rough estimate of how long you would take if you were going to school/work,
or heading out to go shopping and all.

My choice: '30-45 Minutes'.
Sad but true. I could do my routine in 10 minutes if need be, but I generally take about that time when I'm doing my makeup either for school or to head to the malls.
I can't choose. It depends, and the time taken can be extreme.
If I am in a hurry and just for work (foundation+blusher+brows) - maybe 10 min max.
If I am gg shopping/ errands over the weekend (full face+eyes+lashes) - maybe 45 min.
If I am gg out for the night, like clubbing etc, and the girls all gather and we play - maybe 2 hours, sometimes even longer than the actual time we spent outside. LOL.
MissJology: Haha same here! I allocate about an hour for makeup and clothes. Lol. I can't do my makeup on a vehicle either, your friend is definitely skilled. Lol.
retail_therapy: True, I agree. If I need to get out of the house immediately I guess I could manage in about 10, but otherwise, it's the full thing too. And yes, events is crazy cause dressing is just the best part of the whole going out thing. It's even more fun sometimes! ahah.
Same2!!! I can do it in like 10 mins or so... But If im going OUT, Really takes a long time as I want everything to be like superr perfect.. Which always isn't.. hahahah!!!
linnera: Haha yeah. It seems we can all manage in 10 but would prefer to take a much longer time to get it done.
i will generally take 45 mins to 1 hr if im out for an occassion or just out shopping. Everday is always 10 mins and off. But now i think i take at least 20 mins becuz of my newly GROWN eyebrow which i need to give a lil extra attention on which to "sketch" on it . haha!
educatedbiatch: Wow, I admire the fact that you can just take 20 mins. Even for school I need to take at least 40 minutes or so. I'm so vainnn. haha. But yes, I agree about the brows, they do take awhile to work at since they are so important!
i usually limit myself to the basics on an everyday basis so i say about 10 minutes. I am not a morning person and i stab myself in the eye with mascara wands regularly so i don't do anything that requires a steady hand or focus.

Don't ask me how i do it, but i manage every time. And it hurts like hell.
Fiend: Oh owww, I remember stabbing myself with the wand before when I was trying to go super speed with it. Flipping hurts! haha.
Same as you all.... IF I need something fast... I say 5-7mins... but I love taking my time on doing full face(except lips) and it took about 1hr! lolx.
Oh, I did stab myself once with the mascara wand... cos I was looking at my dog (she's doing something to my other dog.... ) and I forgot that I was still brushing my lashes... OUCH!!! And it was a painful experience I don't wanna experience again!!!!!!

Icyabstract: adding on, it also makes it worthwhile the amount of time spent choosing what to buy (and what to shove aside in prioritising the things we have $$$ for)
Seriously, i admire those who say they can do their MU in 5, 10 mins; besides, i actually do a standard full face ALL the time =P yes, i'm vainnn too!
cocomotion: I do a standard full face all the time too! I can't just go out with blush and no eyeliner. I guess I could skip eyeshadow if I really had to, but I always try to put something on there even if it's an all overlid color. haha.
haha same.. I tend to take my time. So i plan in advance. For My friend(s) they took 10 mins on the bus or even taxi. Gosh her hand can be so stable when drawing eyeliner even the bus or taxi jerks.. Impressive!
