Excited~

Look at the Lush peaking through all that foam-wrap thing.
They sure were generous with those foamy things, I had to dig through a ton of those to fish out the products I had purchased.
I don't know why they came in 2 separate boxes but I am not complaning. The small box serves as a good storage as all the lush items actually fit in there - sans foamy bits.

This package came sometime in December (2009), but I didn't want to blog about it untill I had the video up. The reason for that is, in the individual soap photos all you could really see is the label of the soap (with the name, ingredients and all) and a partial bit of the soap. I figured that the video showed the soaps better, plus I do attempt to describe the scent in videos. So I feel for Lush hauls, I'll focus on the video instead of photos.

p.s. Not mentioned in the video but I had gotten 2 bars of the Angels Delight soap.
I don't know why but for some reason I felt like getting a back up of it. The second bar isn't pictured because I had already chopped it up and stuff; it looks totally unglam with a ruffled paper wrapping.

I am quite excited for this haul and the future Lush baths to come.

i have been looking at lush UK website for the past week thinking of what to order - and i was just convinced myself last night that maybe i should order it in a few months time (since i still have quite a few Lush items ). but after watching your video...oh no..i feels like ordering again. lol
but they have already took out the christmas items...kinda sad cos i wanted to try angel delights =(
btw, sultana soap is my fave!! it so creamy..hope u will love it once u tried it out.
but rockstar gave me a bad headache just by smelling it Sad

btw, mindsharing how much you spent including the shipping? (shipping fee really is such a killer sigh)

crystalkiss Haha aw, I'm sorry for enabling you like that. I get what you mean. When I watch other people's lush hauls I feel like placing an order even though I know I had one coming in. It's the thrill of getting it I suppose since when it comes to Lush it does take awhile to finish up an order. I'll definitely be trying the Sultana soap soon, it sounds promising (:

As for shipping, I think it was at about 25 or was it 35 pounds. A little crazy, but what we do for Lush... haha.

@evi3e Oh, haha I did a mini reply on Sophia's post but anyway, here's what I think. From what I know, the US site doesn't ship to Singapore, but the UK site does. Some other sites that ship to Singapore include Australia and Hong Kong but I don't really suggest buying from those because the soaps cost a bit more. Especially the Hong Kong site! A bit of a rip-off. haha.

haha yup!! thank you for both of the replies! oh are you speaking in terms of direct shipping?..cos i was thinking of using vpost...thanks for replying me! XD if not i will just try the uk site!

@evi3e Yeap direct shipping from the uk website. Though some people have stated that if you're buying 1 or 2 soaps, the HK website is cheaper, because shipping there is cheaper. But the soaps there are expensive so if you're buying about 5 or more soaps, the uk site is a better option. I think vpost's flat rate is a bit expensive, considering the soaps aren't very light and you have to pay shipping from US Lush to vpost as well.

I have ordered from Lush UK before and I think to save on the shipping cost, you can actually use Vpost USA. Last time I used Vpost europe but I realised that you can use Vpost USA by LUSH UK to mailing to US. I tried to compare the shipping and it was cheaper than Vpost Europe. Shipping from LUSH UK to US was cheap too. Btw, and when I ordered from Lush UK (it was quite a big order because i organised the spree for it), I asked them for many samples like 10 listing down all of those which I wanted and they sent every single one of them with the package with me. I know I sound greedy but I think its impt to know how it smells before I make an order cause I think smell is really subjective and i felt like trying all of them.lol. Many raved about the rock star like you do but I cant stand the smell! lol. If I really ordered the rock star, i wont know what to do with it.
