I had purchased this product to try out because it seemed highly raved by Aubrey (fafinettex3) during a period of time.
She described as being able to remove makeup with a product that felt like water. That description in itself was definitely enticing, so I went ahead and got it when I saw it was avaiable at Guardian. Right now, though this product seems readily available. I've seen it at Watsons as well as John Little (i think). You don't have to hunt too hard for it if you're in Singapore. As for the price, I can't be sure because I did pick it up awhile ago, and I am just bad with remembering numbers this way.
I've used this product for awhile now and I've grown to like it, though I feel it's one of those products I shouldn't rave about without making you all understand it. Else, it'll be a disappointing hype, sort of like Cover Girl or Mufe HD. Products that are raved, but require a little understanding of how they work so they don't disappoint. It's a little hard to explain in words, so I'll link the review video. As always, ratings are listed below.

YOUTUBE//Review: Mandom Cleansing Express Sebum
Overall Rating: Fail / Pass / Merit / Distinction / High Distinction
Efficiency (at removing makeup): 3/5
Packaging: 3.5/5
Would I re-purchase this? Maybe? It's something I would re-purchase if I had the spare cash.

You should try the cleansing essence instead. It's the same brand just that it's a wash with royal jelly in it. It's super good for removing makeup.
