Can I just say how dead excited I am for this collection!
The products look amazing and now that I'm actually into MSFs, I might be able to get my hands on a few limited edition ones (provided they are available in Singapore).
I'll most probably be getting from a cross of 'hair colors'. Either ways, not that the hair color segmentation would stop anyone from getting anything else outside of the boundaries or anything, but the Redhead collection does look appealing... (:

I guess I'll have to get less stuff from the Hello Kitty Collection then.
Oh well...

Okay so if you've been stalking me on facebook, you would have known or seen this by now, but if you haven't here it is!
Remember when I said I wanted to color my hair reddish in January and how I made the little mock-up of me with red hair on photoshop?
Well, forget about all that because I have already gone out and colored my hair an auburn shade about 2 or 3 days ago. The backstory behind that would be...

I had initially wanted more of a copper-red color since it seemed more vibrant and striking. However, at the salon, the stylist said that because my hair already has some golden tones to it, a copper-red would make my hair seem straw-like and gross so I passed on that and she recommended I color my hair Auburn instead. And for those who don't know auburn is basically a brown-red color, as opposed to the gold-red that copper red was.
So after coloring my hair, I cam-whored a little and this is the result:

P.S. I know my expression is fairly candid and that it is because cam-whoring in public, in the middle of a carpark is just fairly stressful. Lol!

I know I have been gone for awhile, but things have been fairly crazy over the past week. What with the whole end of term projects, christmas gatherings and all, hectic was most definitely an understatement.
However, school's finally out and although Christmas is over, it certainly was tons of fun and very rewarding - in a sense.
This haul is definitely somewhat related to the statement I had mentioned above, as my relatives had given me some advanced Christmas cash (or so they call it since they don't ever know what to get me).
The result of that is some maaaajor drugstore hauling since MAC does not seem to interest me all that much right now.

So that is that for Part 1 of the haul and in the entry for Part 2 I'll explain why there are two parts to this.
So I've been thinking... are my haul entries boring? Because if they are I can stop doing them.
The reason i do these would be for those who don't watch my youtube, or if they do, they get to see the product clearly instead of only for a split second.

Either ways, this is out of point but I am just insanely excited that I have to share (:
I know it's not bad-ass or anything but my dad got me the Nokia E71 for my Christmas present and this is what it looks like:

Okay, so again, I'm bored and just for kicks, here's a post on hairstyles and colors I've had.
Be warned, I've always been a brown-hair sort of a person and never really invested in funky colors because of the prospect that it fades in about 2 weeks.
And also I don't have pictures of every single hairstyle I've had since I pretty much go though a love/hate relationship with cam-whoring.
The pictures are in order of time frame from the oldest to the most recent, and I'll also include descriptions below the pictures to perhaps explain the cut or color process which I had done.

p.s. some of the picture quality would be quite crappy as they were taken with my phone. and also ignore some of the photo design/edits. I don't have the originals anymore.

Oldest

When I first colored my hair blue-black. And I looked blah, hence I'm not looking at the camera. haha!

When the black faded to a dark brown and I still had my long hair.

The Korean-boy hairstyle... as my friends call it. I did not re-color my hair, it's still the same faded dark brown.

So the Korean-boy hairstyle started growing out and I colored my hair black again.

And so I let my hair grow out and got sick of being dark so I colored my hair a chestnut brown and got some highlights

The hair color is the same, I just got my bangs cut.

Most Recent (aside from the pictures on my blog)

Touched-up and re-colored my hair an ash medium brown and have been maintaining that till now.
(it looks super light here because of the reflection, it's a tad bit darker in person)

So that is it! haha. And now I'm bored of browns and want my hair a nice copper red. But I'm not sure because I do miss having dark brown hair as well.
Oh well, we'll see.

So like the title says, this was done just for the fun of it.
And because I just wantd to get a rough idea of how I would look like with a copper-red hair color thus I decided to play around on photoshop a little with one of my previous lotd images.
Please note that I did not try using any crazy expertise such as fine-tuning and all since this was just a quick thing I did while playing around on photoshop.

Please note again that this really isn't the color I was going for but since my hair is already golden brown, I had to try to tone that bit down and show a bit of red so it's not totally accurate, but yes.

Well yes, unfortunately, more drugstore stuffies!
However this isn't actually the haul that I had said I had done (confusing huh). This drugstore haul is more of a one-day thing, and the reason why would be because it's CHRISTMAS and my boyfriend was being sweet and let me splurged a little at the drugstore while subsidizing my fees. haha!
The other drugstore haul would be considered more of as a collective haul thing since I'm not quite done spending the cash I had been given by my relatives yet. So once I am, that haul would have an entry and a video of it's own.

Sephora's in Singapore and it's finally open!
I know most people already know about this since when I went yesterday (which was the grand opening day or whatever it was packed as hell)

I went over at about 8pm or so because I never really intended to go down specifically to check out Sephora but since I was over at a mall near by catching a movie, I thought might as well head down to check it out. So, like I said it was freaking packed and being one who's not big about crowds I was quite iffy about even going into the store but I did anyway since I wanted to check out the selection.

Can I say DISAPPOINTMENT.

Honestly. I was scouting around the store for Urban Decay and NARS solely and I saw nothing of that sort. I went to ask the sales personal and she said they didn't carry it.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
This is Sephora and they don't carry Urban Decay and NARS.
~sigh.
Well, for consolation, they do have Too Faced but still, I was rather disappointed.
And speaking of Too Faced, by the time I had gotten there (which again was pretty darn late), all of the Too Faced Shadow Insurance had been sold out.
Talk about on demand...

Either which, I'm just a little disappointed at what Sephora has to offer right now.
I'll most probably get over it in due time and learn to accept that fact, but for now I would still be shopping at MAC and drugstores.
(Also because I honestly can't deal shopping with crowds)
