Not a makeup related post but I wanted to share some new 'homes' for my iPhone that I had gotten recently.
I purchased these while side-tracking or rather 'taking a break' while at work but I do like them so it's not an impulse 'I'm so stressed at work so I'll shop' buy. I even joked with a colleague saying I should get more phone covers and change them daily to match my attire. Though that would just be extreme...
I got my covers from Gmarket (Singapore) and never bothered to scout around local phone stores so I'm not sure if these can be purchased physically and how much for. There are tons of sellers on Gmarket carrying these so browse around after searching 'iPhone 4 cover'.
I got everything from 2 sellers but Gmarket collated everything from payment to package.
The stuff that I got:
- ''wood' case that has a rubbery texture, I like that because it gives it some friction. Perfect for someone with butter fingers, like me.
- silicon green glow in the dark case. I need not explain this. I love glow in the dark things, this was a must get. third party USB cable. I was a little iffy on getting this for some reason but I've been using it at work so far and no issues have raised, it charges ny phone perfectly fine :)
As a freebie I got this purple flip case.
It's got a cute weave design but I doubt I would use it as I always found that flipping thing a hassle. I passed this on to a friend who liked how cute and purse-like it looked when enclosed.
As of now, my phone is currently residing in the 'wood' case. If I feel like it, I might switch over to my older cases or the Glow in the Dark one.
Okay, end of my random post. I find there is some sort of novelty in changing your phone cover. It's almost like getting a new phone or dressing your phone up, it's just an odd satisfying feeling.
Do you normally like to shop for mobile covers for your phones?
Thanks for reading!
